The third Sunday in September is a unique day in Irish Sport, in Irish life, in the life of the Irish home and away. The third Sunday in September spans the generations, it spans the 32 counties and the imagination. It is a day when in the words of the Great Marty Morrissey “We are Irish. We are family” mean something. Its about our heritage, our past and our future.
So its a Wednesday afternoon and I had some very nice Chicken and salad and a nice pint of Lucozade while I enjoy watching Japan play Scotland. I have to say they are great to watch. And as this is there second outing in #RWC2015 (having beaten Canada on Saturday) they are still worth a shout. Everyone knows they are not going to win the Webb Ellis trophy but who cares. They came, they entertained, they shocked and excited us. And boy do we all love a team who can do that. They are our new favourite team. You rock Japan and we wish you lots more good days expect when, if and maybe you come to play us.
